The Provident Bank Foundation's Support of Princeton Health

The Provident Bank Foundation has demonstrated commitment to enhancing the quality of life in our area by being a generous philanthropic supporter of Princeton Health. Recently, it donated $10,000 to the Bristol-Myers Squibb Community Health Center for Diabetes Care and Management. This is The Provident Bank's second grant to the program since 2017.  For over 90 years, the Bristol-Myers Squibb Community Health Center (BMS CHC) has been a central part of Princeton Health, providing a medical home and free or low-cost care to uninsured and underinsured families living in Mercer and Middlesex counties.

Funding from The Provident Bank Foundation will help support staffing, clinical supplies, and educational materials to the BMS CHC Diabetes Care Program.

The BMS CHC Diabetes Care Program enables patients to effectively manage their diabetes and avoid significant and debilitating health risks. Our multidisciplinary team provides counseling and education on nutrition, exercise, medication management, and diabetes care, thereby ensuring that patients understand their condition and how to most effectively treat and care for diabetes.
