Reflecting on Our Centennial Anniversary

Princeton HealthCare System Foundation Princeton HealthCare System Foundation

The year 2019 was a momentous landmark for Penn Medicine Princeton Health as we celebrated our 100th anniversary. This was a culmination of history from the time we opened our doors in 1919 to our expansion and move to a new location in Plainsboro in 2012 and our joining with the University of Pennsylvania Health System family in 2018. In 2019 we commemorated one century of caring for our community.

To recognize this milestone, the community gathered during a weekend celebration. The Princeton Medical Center Foundation hosted a fundraising gala a century in the making, which was attended by more than 750 guests, including community members, physicians, and organizations. As part of the exciting evening, there was dinner, dancing, and a performance by Motown legends The Temptations. The generosity of our community contributed to a successful event that raised over $1,000,000. Proceeds from the gala will benefit the expansion of programs and services offered by Princeton House Behavioral Health.

On behalf of Penn Medicine Princeton Health and the Princeton Medical Center Foundation, thank you to all who supported this historic event. Special thanks to our Presenting Sponsors: The Curtis W. McGraw Foundation, the Medical Staff of Penn Medicine Princeton Health, as well as Penn Medicine. Princeton Health was founded on philanthropy, and today it remains an important element in the advancement and success of our future.
