Memorial or Honorary Gifts to Princeton Health

Make a gift to Princeton Health in Memory or in Honor of a family member, friend, colleague or any other person you wish to recognize in this way. These tribute gifts may be directed to our Annual Fund, Hospice, Oncology, or any other department to which you wish to designate your gift.  Our online donation system will ask you for information about the person you wish to remember or honor.

Note: Friends and family members who have passed away may be honored by including their names on our Memorial Wall (shown below), which is prominently displayed in the hospital.  Memorial tribute gifts totaling $2,500 or more can create this heartfelt tribute with the inscription of your loved one's name on the Memorial Wall.

Obituary Information 

If you would like family and friends to make gifts to Princeton Health in memory of a loved one, you can use any of the following sample language in the obituary:

  • The family requests that memorial gifts be made to Princeton Medical Center Foundation, 5 Plainsboro Road, Suite 365, Plainsboro, NJ 08536
  • Memorial contributions may be made to the Princeton Medical Center Foundation in support of the _________ Program or Department and sent to 5 Plainsboro Road, Suite 365, Plainsboro, NJ 08536.
  • Should friends desire, contributions may be sent to the Princeton Medical Center Foundation in support of the _________ Program or Department and sent to 5 Plainsboro Road, Suite 365, Plainsboro, NJ 08536
  • The family has designated the Princeton Medical Center Foundation for memorial contributions.  Contributions may be made in support of __________ Program or Department and sent to 5 Plainsboro Road, Suite 365, Plainsboro, NJ 08536.
