Donors in our community have long been committed to the personal and professional development of our staff. This year, with the support of philanthropy, members of our Princeton Health Patient Access Services (PAS) team achieved Certified Health Access Associate (CHAA) certification through the National Association of Healthcare Access Management (NAHAM). These staff members, who often work behind the scenes to handle scheduling and registration, serve as our community’s first point of contact with our health care system and are vital to the smooth operation of our organization. We are proud that philanthropy empowers them to enhance their professional skills while also acknowledging their crucial role.
Looking ahead, we hope to have more staff members take the CHAA exam this year. Certification validates that an individual’s knowledge and skills align with industry standards, signifying that they are an accountable, trusted Patient Access professional dedicated to improving patient experience.
Your generous donations have made these milestones possible, and for that, we are deeply grateful. Together, we are building a stronger, more capable team that serves our community with compassion and excellence.
