CEO Announcement
This Spring, The University of Pennsylvania Health System welcomed James Demetriades as CEO of Penn Medicine Princeton Health. James succeeds Barry Rabner, who had served as President and CEO since 2002. In addition to his new role with Princeton Health, Mr. Demetriades has joined the Princeton Medical Center Board of Directors.
While Mr. Demetriades is new to this role as CEO, he has served in leadership roles at Princeton Health for 17 years, most recently as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. An avid golfer, Mr. Demetriades has enthusiastically chaired the Princeton Health Annual Golf Outing for the past several years.
Board of Directors Update
The PMC Foundation has also welcomed four area residents as new members to its Board of Directors:
John DeLorenzo is Director of Economic Development for the Mercer County Improvement Authority. John served for nine years as a member of the Princeton Health Board of Trustees.
Kellie Malloy Foerter is Vice President, Global Clinical Trial Strategy & Operations for Late Development, Non-Registrational and Investigator Sponsored Research, Bristol Myers Squibb.
Laura Heyburn is Director of Trade Compliance for Firmenich, a privately held flavor & fragrance company located in Plainsboro, NJ.
Anjna Kumar is Vice President Channel Data & Insights, Lincoln Financial Group Distribution.
Jaime Stournaras is an active community volunteer whose previous experience was in Pharmaceuticals and Communications. She also serves as a parent representative on Princeton Common Ground and holds a lead role on the Parent Volunteer Development Team at Princeton Academy of the Sacred Heart.
These dedicated individuals have extensive involvement with non-profit organizations and are committed to giving back to the community through philanthropy and volunteerism. Please join us as we welcome James, John, Kellie, Laura, Anja and Jaime to our board.
The PMC Foundation acknowledges departing board members Len Berlik, Calvin Butts and Neena Patil. We are grateful for the time, energy and expertise they shared with us in support of the mission of Princeton Health and the PMC Foundation.
Congratulations to Calvin Butts, Jr. on his recent appointment to the PMPH Board of Trustees. Calvin served on the Princeton Health Foundation Board of Directors from 2012 until earlier this year.
