403(b) - Pre-tax and After-tax Savings Plans | Princeton Health matches 1% of an eligible employee’s contribution. An eligible employee is one who has completed one full year of employment, along with a minimum of 1,000 hours worked in a calendar year. Employees become vested in (gain ownership of) the 1% employer match portion after completing 3 qualifying years of service. |
