Online Benefits
Enroll in your benefits online if you are benefits eligible. Your ID is the first 6 letters of your last name followed by the first letter of your first name, followed by your month and date of birth (i.e., Jane Dovebar, DOB 2/10/69 would be dovebaj0210). The default password is your social security number (which you will be asked to change after you log in). If you have problems logging in, call 866.339.5489.
