This series will be held virtually on Tuesdays, August 6, 13, 20, 27, September 3 & 10 (6:30 - 7:30 pm).
Strengthen and restore your posture, core and pelvic floor with this six-week class designed for new moms. Participants should be at least six weeks postpartum and have their doctors' medical clearance to exercise.

Sessions will include education along with low-impact cardio workouts, core and pelvic floor exercises, yoga and breathing. Please wear comfortable exercise clothing. Babies welcome.
