Actress Amy Brenneman Headlines Princeton Health Wellness Conference
Amy Brenneman, Emmy-nominated star of Judging Amy, will be the keynote speaker at a wellness conference Saturday, December 3, designed to provide practical advice on better health and better living to people in every stage of life.
The conference, to be held at the Westin Princeton at Forrestal Village, is presented by Penn Medicine Princeton Health.
Conference guests can choose from a variety of sessions led by Princeton Health experts who will share valuable insights on nutrition and exercise, weight management, and mental wellness, as well as the latest information on preventing and treating digestive issues, colon cancer, and more.
Brenneman has worked closely with the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation. Having colitis herself, she overcame severe health challenges and now supports the foundation’s mission to raise awareness about how those in similar situations can improve their quality of life.
The conference is supported by the generosity of longstanding donor and leader Dr. Pamela Mills and the Bradford Mills Preservation Fund.
