  • To present comments, questions, concerns or grievances to a designated hospital staff member and to receive a response in a reasonable period of time. As a patient of Princeton Health, you may contact the Patient Representative at 609.853.7490 or send an email to patientadvocate@princetonhcs.org.
  • You may file a complaint with the New Jersey Department of Health via phone by calling the Complaint Hotline at 1.800.792.9770 or you can mail a complaint to the New Jersey Department of Health, Division of Health Facility Survey and Field Operations, PO Box 367, Trenton, NJ 08625-0367.
  • Patient safety concerns can be reported to The Joint Commission:

    At www.jointcommission.org, using the ‘Report a Patient Safety Event’ link in the Action Center on the homepage of the website
