This two-week session will take place on Sundays, October 6 & 20 (9AM - 3PM) at the Bauer Community Center - Taylor Park in Millburn.
Empower yourself with RAD Women®, a national self-defense course for women! Learn to be aware of potential danger and gain the confidence to protect yourself in this 12-hour basic course that teaches safety drills, muscle memory exercises, and physical defense techniques Designed for woman of all fitness levels and ages. Please wear sneakers and comfortable clothing. *No prior experience necessary.
- Must attend both class sessions
- Open to Millburn Twp Residents & Non-Residents
- Attendees under age of 18 need parental consent
- Includes 1 hour break for lunch on your own
