Once in receipt of the supplier information, your company may be considered to participate in future "Requests for Proposals" and/or competitive bids.
Please note that all supplier Sales Representatives are expected to adhere to our visitation policy and that violations of our guidelines will result in Security escorting staff from the premises as well as revoking visitation rights from the offending representative and/or company.
Guidelines are as follows:
- All supplier representatives who visit our facilities are required to register with Reptrax and maintain their credentials. For further information, please visit www.reptrax.com or call them at 214.222.7484.
- Sales representative's visits without valid appointments are strictly prohibited.
- Sales representatives with valid appointments are expected to leave the facility at the end of their meeting. Sales staff found in unauthorized areas, attempting to solicit on our Patient floors and/or walking into offices without appointments will be escorted from our premises and banned from all future visits.
