Princeton Medicine Partners with Zocdoc for Online Scheduling
Princeton Medicine, the primary and specialty physician network of Princeton HealthCare System (PHCS), has introduced a free online scheduling service powered by Zocdoc, the digital health marketplace used by millions of patients nationwide.
Patients can now make appointments with Princeton Medicine practitioners by visiting www.princetonmedicine.org and clicking the orange Book an Appointment button at the top of the screen. Visitors to the site can view a provider's availability, verified patient reviews and additional tools designed to help patients choose a provider who best fits their needs. It takes only a few clicks to choose an open time slot and schedule an appointment.
Online scheduling enhances the patient experience by eliminating phone calls and offering the convenience of 24/7 access to their physician's schedule and availability. In addition, patients are sent email and text reminders about upcoming appointments.
Princeton Medicine employs more than 70 practitioners with offices in 18 locations across Middlesex, Mercer and Somerset counties. Online scheduling is available for Princeton Medicine's primary care physicians and advanced practice nurses, as well as specialists in bariatric surgery, cardiology, gastroenterology, geriatric medicine, hematology/oncology, obstetrics and gynecology and pulmonary care.
