Princeton Health Event Focuses on New
Cookbook Featuring Something for Everyone

PLAINSBORO, N.J. —The Pollan family — including Emmy-nominated actress Tracy, her sisters Dana and Lori, and their mother, Corky — will offer insight into eating for optimal health and lead a cooking demonstration during a special event Wednesday, June 5, at Princeton Medical Center.

The event, scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. in the Schreyer Education Center at PMC, will focus on the quartet’s latest cookbook, Mostly Plants: 101 Delicious Flexitarian Recipes from the Pollan Family.

The book focuses on eating vegetables without having to give up meat entirely. Mostly Plants features a wide range of easy-to-prepare dishes with something for everyone — vegans to meat lovers and anyone in between.

Early registration is $20 per person, which includes a copy of Mostly Plants, light refreshments, coffee and tea. Beginning May 1, registration will cost $25 per person.

Dana and Lori Pollan cofounded the Pollan-Austen Fitness Center in New York, where they developed and taught innovative exercise programs and co-created and appeared in a series of popular workout videos.
