Barry S. Rabner, President and CEO of Penn Medicine Princeton Health—formerly Princeton HealthCare System (PHCS)—welcomes Ralph W. Muller, CEO of the University of Pennsylvania Health System. It was announced today that PHCS and its affiliates are now part of Penn Medicine.
