will conduct a Public Hearing on the proposed transaction involving
Princeton HealthCare System Holding, Inc. and The Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania
in accordance with the Community Health Care Assets Protection Act
(“CHAPA”), N.J.S.A. 26:2H-7.10, et seq.

Directions to West Windsor-Plainsboro Community Middle School:

From Route 1
Take Route 1 to Scudders Mill Road, in Plainsboro. Continue on Scudders Mill Road to the 4th traffic light to Schalks Crossing Road. Turn right onto Schalks Crossing Road. Continue straight through two lights to the stop sign, to Edgemere Avenue. Turn right onto Edgemere Avenue and continue to the end. At the stop sign turn left onto Maple Avenue. Turn left at the light onto Grover’s Mill Road. It is the first school on the left. The building sign says West Windsor Plainsboro Middle School. Turn left into the parking lot.

From the New Jersey Turnpike
Take Exit 8A. From the exit stay to the right and follow the turnpike exit to the light where you will make a left onto Cranbury South River Road. Stay in the right lane and bear right onto Route 32. Continue to Route 130 South (you will make a left at the second light onto Route 130 South). Continue on Route 130 through 4 lights to Dey Road. Turn right onto Dey road and follow this road for about 4.5 miles into Plainsboro, going straight through 3 lights to the stop sign. At the stop sign continue straight onto Edgemere Avenue and follow to the end. At the stop sign turn left onto Maple Avenue. At the light, turn left onto Grover’s Mill Road. It is the first school on the left. The sign on the building says West Windsor Plainsboro Middle School. Park in the parking lot on the left side of the building.
