Good Morning America news anchor Amy Robach, pictured above center, shared the personal story behind her breast cancer journey during a special event hosted by Princeton HealthCare System (PHCS) tonight at the Hyatt Regency Princeton. The event—Celebrate Strength, Celebrate Life: An Evening with Amy Robach—marked the 30th annual National Cancer Survivors Day. Ms. Robach, who was diagnosed following an on-air visit to get a mammogram, is a New York Times bestselling author and an advocate for the importance of breast cancer screening. Also pictured above are two members of the PHCS Medical Staff: Dr. Robert “Buzz” Berger, a radiologist and cancer survivor (left), and Dr. Margaret Crivello, a fellowship-trained breast surgeon.
