Yisrael Kraus, PT, MBA is Vice President, Physician Alignment for Penn Medicine Princeton Health. In this role, he directs physician alignment strategies including physician recruitment, medical staff development, and the expansion of primary care and specialty practices. Yisrael also oversees Princeton Medicine Physicians and the physician liaison team.
Prior to his current position, Yisrael was Executive Director of Princeton Medicine Physicians, a multi-specialty practice with 22 locations. He was responsible for business operations, integrating newly acquired practices, ambulatory care network development, and the organization’s physician alignment strategy. Yisrael joined Princeton Health in 2010 as Director of Occupational Health and Outpatient Rehabilitation, which included responsibility for all business operations of a multi-site hospital division including, occupational health, employee health, outpatient rehabilitation network, school rehabilitation program, diabetes management services, and the Bristol Myer Squibb Community Health Center. Earlier in his career, he was Senior Director of Clinical Operations for Physiotherapy Associates, overseeing all clinical and business operations in multiple states.
Yisrael graduated from City University of New York-Hunter College with a bachelor of science degree in physical therapy, and from Western Governors University with a master of business administration in Healthcare Management. He is certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Six Sigma Project Defense, and is the Founder of The Chaim Fund, a nonprofit striving to ensure that children receive appropriate care, especially when their families are struggling financially, emotionally, or physically.
