Reginald Haynes is the Entity Information Officer (EIO) at Penn Medicine Princeton Health. He joined Penn Medicine in October 2013 as a Senior Project Manager. In this role, he successfully led key initiatives such as: infrastructure upgrades to PennChart, Penn Medicine's electronic medical record system; enterprise-wide initial installation of the ICU critical care patient cameras (Vidyo) which paved the way for the Telemedicine Program; and the enterprise-wide deployment of the Sophos laptop encryption software. In 2016, Mr. Haynes was promoted to Associate Project Management Office (PMO) Director and was instrumental in the development and growth of the PMO.
Prior to joining Penn Medicine, Mr. Haynes worked in the pharmaceutical industry at Bristol Myers Squibb as a Senior Project Manager focusing on their Global Managed Print Service Project Program. Prior to that, he spent 30 years in Investment Banking holding various positions from Project Manager to Global Service Delivery Manager.
He earned his undergraduate degree from the City University of New York (CUNY) in English Linguistics and Computer Science.
