Liver and Kidney Transplant Evaluations, Close to Home

Princeton Health patients in need of a liver or kidney transplant now have local access to Penn Medicine’s transplant teams.

Penn Medicine’s Liver and Kidney Transplant Programs now provide transplant evaluations at the Princeton Health campus for patients in end-stage liver disease and patients with advanced chronic kidney disease.

An Experienced Team, Excellent Outcomes

Penn Medicine performs the most liver and kidney transplants in the area with outcomes that consistently meet or exceed national averages. In addition, Penn Medicine’s living donor program is the most experienced in the greater Philadelphia region.

Clinicians who specialize in transplant care and are familiar with the unique needs of transplant patients provide evaluations for new patients and pre-transplant appointments for established patients. Patients are seen at the Medical Arts Pavilion where they also have convenient access to Princeton Health’s lab and radiology services.
